Wonderful Cleanliness in bathroom. Sideboards dirty and dusty. Also elevators are old - beat up and dirty so not a good first impression. Location was good; Mexican breakfast food was disappointing and there was too much of it. Also no gluten free breads, muffins etc.

I enjoyed the location and time with my family. The location was good, room was clean, but hot and I felt the staff was The room was hot (it was 75* when we arrived. I could not get the temp lower than 71*). It felt even hotter. The toilet paper kept falling off the holder. The housekeeping was refusing 4 pillows (to make 2 pillows per person in the room). I had to go to the manager at 11pm in the lobby to get more pillows. So frustrating. I liked the size of my room (jr suite) and found the beds comfortable. The cost was re... read more

Exceptional I didn’t really have any dislikes. Was fantastic stay. Just what we needed. The pool was pretty neat as well
