Much appreciate the hotel room maids bc they work the hardest! Room door lock was in need of adjustment. Lock got stuck, difficult to open door, requiring several attempts to gain room access. Floor 24’s Ice machine was out of order Reno’s $40/night Resort fee Room cleanliness
