It was alright. Food options service over priced would have loved to have room service instead and food be more fresh. location was great however Reno is not the same outside was very dirty, the swimming pool area was very dirty no staff around for anything. The ac/ air did not work in our room at times was very hot. it was located in the middle of 2 other casinos

Very Good No in person check in, and certain stores not open before 6. And other places not open until the weekend,would have been nice to enjoy those places earlier in the week. Everything was great, when I asked for extra stuff like pillows-towels and toilet paper, it was brought to my room very quickly and that was greatly appreciated.
