Pleasant No hot water Sunday Room

Pleasant The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The faucet is too small for the sink. My hands hit the back of the counter to get under the water and then the water gets all over the counter where the toiletries are. Not a good design plan for functionality! The hotel is centrally located and connected to other hotels without going outside in bad weather. The Spa was wonderful!

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The smell of the property is cigarette smoke attempting to be covered up by strong perfume. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive to a small request. All the employees were very friendly.
