Very Good After walking around in town, it seems that the row is the (only) place to be in Reno. We've enjoyed our stay in our comfortable 32nd floor room.

basically a great stay except the laundry issue. I had to stay in my room one night because I had no clean laundry like the laundry service was horrible. I was told it would be done by 5pm if it was in by 8 or 8:30am. I did not receive my clothing until the next morning. what also upset me so bad was nobody could answer what happened to my clothes until the laundry man showed up at 8:15 the next morning. it was a terrible inconvenience. most everything
