Very Good Our toilet was clogged and it took 4 calls to the front desk to finally get a response. The frontdesk clerk was not very friendly and rather curt. All I was trying to do was checkout. He shoved the tray in my face and in the process spilled the desk ringer on the floor. Not becoming of a hotel of this stature. Rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities all in all were clean.

Very Good Valet parking still closed. No shuttle to and from airport. Clean and quiet room. Great location.
