Good The view was good but the room was all the way in the back, a long walk for someone with leg problems The view of the city was excellent . caught the sun rising from the mountains.

Our first visit to Reno. I suffer from a bad back & the bed was too hard for me, which is no fault of the resort. Also, the frig didn't have a freezer section to ice my gel packs for my back. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the view, the service from the bell-hop, & the room was so nice! I liked that the AC was working & did a great job at cooling the room. Pleasant Our room was a non smoking room that had obviously been smoked in before. Many things weren't open which is deceptive on the website. Downtown Reno has gone downhill in recent years. Not ideal for families or just strolling around. The bed and room were very comfortable.
