They are awful to deal with. We were told 2 week delivery. 4 weeks later....they lie and twist stories around....Mirka is deplorable for lying..she promised a certain chair and after we agreed on a different style, as the original were not available. We also agreed on a later delivery date to get the "better" chair. When they couldn't provide what we wanted after trying 3 times to get a set of 6 chairs....We asked for refund and they refused!!!. THE MOST DEVASTATING EXPERIENCE!!! Please don't ever buy from them! Service is HORRIBLE! The bedroom set we ordered was not only wrong colour but the bed was damaged! The legs to the sofa were not fitting properly. The owner is so cheep, that he was delivering the furniture himself. Very unprofessional and a big bully! When Barbara asked him to put a blanket under the heavy boxes, he refused. She offered to give him one, the answer was NO!. He knows what he is doing! We bought a sectional and 2 club chairs back in the fall and the quality of the fabric is terrible! The couch is ripping along the frame in the back, the fabric on the chairs starting pilling within a month! I contacted the company with no response. Brutal. The stuff we bought wasn't cheap either. Will not be going back
Check any financing papers. They are shady as fuck. So many calculation errors on ours we caught later and called to report. Our financing agreement says our monthly payment on the balance but over 60 months which means they will attempt to take an extra 1380 from me. Like some fuck they will be. Their product is awful, very poor workmanship. Recliner handle broke months after getting it and they would not address repairing it. QUALITY OF DELIVERED PRODUCT NOT AS PRODUCTS AT SHOWROOM. DO NOT BUY HERE. I purchased a sofabed, wrong design, staples coming off, cushions all crooked, the quality the entire sofa was built was really and can be spotted by simply looking at it. I called the store emailed pictures, brought pieces into the store to show them to Mirka. No calls, no emails back. I called my credit card company to start a dispute and finally they get back to me. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I purchased a 3 pieces sofa. Delivery time was passed 4 weeks of what I told. When I inspected each of the sofas I found lots of little mistakes such as staples on the back of one of them, fabric ripped at the bottom, the cushions were to stiff and very uncountable (even after 8 months), legs broke after 2 months.
