Simon was very helpful, and amazing in many ways. I always got my questions answered. Many times Simon was the only one responding in situations where I did not know where to turn. The only real downside was that there was no proactive communication during the delay in construction. I believe proactive communication concerning market and interest rate changes might have saved us some money in the long run, and some misunderstanding.
