Most cleaning companies in the Bay Area use techniques and knowledge taught only in the USA and therefore don’t quite understand how to handle more intricate rugs.

I have many Persian rugs that are sacred in our family that needed cleaning and really needed a place I could trust with our rugs. Simonian came highly recommended from a friend and they surely blew me away! From start to finish they were impressive, professional and the cleaning was impeccable. SIMONIAN has cleaned our rugs for many years- always doing an excellent job- They are super helpful with transporting heavy rugs & have rugs ready when promised!
This company is not what it used to be. I initially called for a quote and exchanged some emails. There seemed to be a misunderstanding on price and when they picked it up I was later quoted something I was unwilling to pay. They told me to pick it up. Then there was another email where they circled back and said they would honor the Saturday walk in price which is 20% off. This felt really skanky to me considering they never mentioned that. Quality work. We had 32 rugs cleaned so picking them up and putting back was a big part of the process for us. That and keeping track of all the rugs was a significant part of the job. Simonian is the place to go if you want/need the very best.
I spoke with great staff at Simonian before sending our old 8X7 Turkish rug to be repaired and cleaned. They did an absolutely fantastic job!! We live in San Francisco and they picked up and delivered the finished rug.
