SIMONIAN has cleaned our rugs for many years- always doing an excellent job- They are super helpful with transporting heavy rugs & have rugs ready when promised!
This company is not what it used to be. I initially called for a quote and exchanged some emails. There seemed to be a misunderstanding on price and when they picked it up I was later quoted something I was unwilling to pay. They told me to pick it up. Then there was another email where they circled back and said they would honor the Saturday walk in price which is 20% off. This felt really skanky to me considering they never mentioned that.
