Leo used techniques to wash rugs that have been used by rug makers in the Middle East for generations. We have a different outlook on cleaning because of our history. Most cleaning companies in the Bay Area use techniques and knowledge taught only in the USA and therefore don’t quite understand how to handle more intricate rugs.
