I had to have a neck and spine MRI yesterday and was so nervous. I had the greatest tech. that you could ever ask for. He talked me through the entire scan. It was over an hour, and he would stop for a few seconds every few minutes so that I could move. Highly recommend SimonMed Imaging to everyone that has to have a scan! I only wish that I could remember the tech’s name.

I arrived early, they were kind an efficient enough to work me into the schedule. Once I was in the back they gave clear instructions. Both the x-ray technician and the MRI technician were friendly and accommodating.

A great appointment! Waited for only minutes then called in. I can’t say enough about Sandy. She was professional and friendly but beyond that she was like calm waters. Very kind, sensitive and thoughtful and made an absolute difference because then I felt calm. I told her she makes a difference to every patient who walks through that door because of her calm personality. What an asset she is to SimonMed Imaging! ⭐️ 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️
