RecommendedI recommend Simon Imaging. Just not the Baywood facility. Customer service was lacking and one of the techs was very rude. I spoke to a supervisor this morning who was very open and listening to my concerns. I thank her for her kindness.

I am a major claustrophobic and as a result resulting in major panic attacks , and have had a terrible time with MRI’s. I was finally able to get a CT scan last week. The technician that did the scan was one of the most kind and respectful I have ever had. He really cared about and understood my situation. I had tried two other times to complete a Brain Scan but I could not. My Dr suggested a CT scan. The experience was so much better. I was even walked to the door when I left to go back to my ride. They were pretty quick to get me in and out doing my x-rays. Everyone was polite and friendly. The radiologist was super efficient! Found a very small tumor in my breast . My surgeon was amazed that the radiologist even caught the tiny tumor. Thank you thank you thank you!

I went to SimonMed at the Banner Baywood location in Mesa, AZ yesterday for the dreaded mammogram and it was the best mammogram experience I’ve ever had in 15 years of getting them. The technician was amazing! Quick, efficient and NO PAIN! ❤️😊
