I was seen at the Beltway location. The front desk receptionist, is rude, and curt. I didn’t catch her name, but she acted like, she didn’t care, or want to be there. I’ve worked in the medical field before. I’ve gone to many medical offices, including imaging places. I lived in San Antonio TX, before, and the receptionists, or front office staff, that I’ve encountered, have always been professional, courteous, and super friendly. you need to improve your billing department, they cannot seem to get me my itemized statement I have been calling to have emailed to me for over two weeks now. the people that overlook my benefit card have cut my card off and I am not able to use it until I send the itemized bill to them. I have made seven phone calls to get this and still have not received it! I am now without medicine I need to pick up for five days now. I am throughly disgusted with this place!! ROAR!!!

I have to wat 1 1/2 he for X-rays and clinic was not to busy also one person was working as a X-ray tec.

my wife went to TRS health intially and they told us to go for mammogram to SimonMed. She called the beltway location. The person Lorraine took all her information and kept her on hold for 30 minutes saying just wait she is finding which location does mammogram and finally hung up and there after they didn't pickup the phone. As the location was just mile away we drove the office. There was only one patient. these front desk girls said due to call volume your call went to call center.
