RecommendedMy doctor recommended SimonMed to me. I visited them for a CT scan as a Walk-in. Staff was courteous and very polite and immediately started my paperwork and I was taken care of immediately. Technician was very prompt and friendly. Clean atmosphere. Highly recommend SimonMed.

The facility opens at 8 and my appointment was for 8. I got there 10 minutes in advance and had to wait outside. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. As I have used SimonMed in the past several times. I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. It was the most uncomfortable MRI experience I had to date. Instead of taking a half hour it took closer to 90 minutes. There was little padding on the tray of the machine and holding your arms above your head for 90 minutes was torture. Awful customer service mammogram done within a reasonable time sonogram took 2 hrs sonograher very slow no onein her room was told to come in pt was in bathroom she told her come right in when done and instead she shut the door and said it will be a few more minutes I took somebody else!!!! The pt was elderly and we talked to manager and issue was resolved !!! 2 hrs later!!!!
