Not this time. Very uncaring and disinterested tech. I left in tears due to pain inflicted as she would not listen or talk to me. The worst MRI experience I’ve ever had.

First I was sent to Simon Med because of severe pain, it took me 1 month to get in for 2 MRIs The day of the appointment, I was told that the machine was broken and the soonest they could get me in was another 3 weeks. So I took it... went in and once again their machine for lumber was broken. I was told I could still get the lumber MRI.
