Went for a mammo. Had to wait 45 minutes for procedure. I’m sent to another room (wearing a hospital gown opened in front)….another woman walks in with a young boy. He’s running around, using the restroom by himself while his mother is on the phone. There should be a family waiting room and one for only women. I’m not impressed with SimonMed. I preferred it when it was Bay View owned by Dr. Cousins… I’m thinking of going elsewhere in the future..

Horrible. Tech didn’t know how to use the machine which he said was a “dynosaur “. He had to call for help and told me that he wasn’t sure of the accuracy of results due to the dated equipment.
