Simon has the worst check in system I have ever seen
I got voice message from your automated phone telling me to call you to schedule annual exam. I spoke with a guy and he said that I did NOT need to have an order from my doctor. I questioned this 5 times with him as I work in the medical field. He repeatedly said NO as it is an annual exam no order required. I go to my appointment and am then asked for a doctor’s order. Horrible place. Refused twice to do my needed 6 month post breast cancer screening because they didn’t have and couldn’t get previous films. I had all the written reports. Don’t go here; very disorganized and not patient friendly.
The staff is not knowledgeable about the services provided at the facility. The MRI tech did not know to support my knees when doing a foot and ankle MRI. I had to ask him for some support under them and then he grabbed some random wedges from the cabinet after searching for a couple minutes. I was very disappointed with the service I received and the way I saw the tech treat the elderly gentleman that was before me. The staff seems very uncaring. I wished I could go here for all my radiology needs. Stein berg is filthy and not so friendly as this place is
The people actually doing my x-rays and everything else were very pleasant. But the receptionist was the total opposite. She was very rude and has no people skills. I don’t know why they would even hire such an unpleasant person like her. I won’t be recommending this place to anybody so they don’t go thru what I did.
