This BRANCH is inconsistent on all levels. Appointments: Ugh! What a hassle! Reception: Very unprofessional. Laughing, loud talking, impression of goofing off. CT scan staff: Relatively friendly and helpful with assistance with getting on and off the table. CT Equipment: OLD AND SLOW compared to the Sarasota Springs location. My husband had an 11:30 Appt and waited over hour and a half, while you took in another patient into MRI room ahead of him and she arrived 30 min after he did. You expect patients to be on time, and you either overbooked or just got WAY behind. If you are that far behind, be kind and call patients and let them know. This is absurd!!!

RecommendedI was having an ultrasound on my abdomen and the tech was applying to much pressure it shouldn’t hurt to have an ultrasound I told her she was hurting me but she kept on I almost got up and left
