2 years ago I had a terrible experience with an xray technician name PHIL treated me very unprofessionally inconsiderate of my pain VERY RUDE the management never do anything I wrote a review and it’s being 2 years and never received a replied I still go to the facility bc I always done my mammogram there and she is very nice This year the front desk girl with long nails and young ,nasty attitude bc I questioned why a mammogram screening was $150 dollars she reply YOU WANT ME TO FIGHT WITH YOUR INSURANCE another lady came ... read more
Very nice staff BUT didn’t deliver on what they promised. Had an appt Saturday the 7th at 1015 am. For an MRI/CT scan. Procedure went well. I informed the tech and the reception person that I had a 930am appt Monday morning with my oncologist. They marked the test as a STAT and that if the facility didn’t receive a copy of the result by then the Dr could Simon med and have a copy sent to him promptly.
