You told me to be there 15 minutes but I stood in the waiting room for an hour before the CT 45 minutes late. Others in the room were upset about the wait. The tech however was great.

I had an MRI at the facility at fashion square. The tech was cold and unsupportive. She never said a word to me during the study to reassure me and make me feel more comfortable. I have had many MRIs in the past and this was the first bad experience I have had. I will never go back to this branch of SimonMed.

The young lady that did my x-ray did excellent. The worst was having to come back twice and they kept telling me they had no orders no orders no orders. Very unorganized until you get to the back would’ve been nice if the gals out front would’ve told me more of what was going on

This office keeps removing my review, 1030 apt with 4 texts to me confirming time. get there, said it was 11 apt. "maybe because the mamo"?? apt was originally for bone density test. finally got to the back for mamo 11:05. they are not busy. bone test was supposed to be 1030. asked at front desk after mamo, woman said she left me a msg telling me the tech wasn't available today. WTF, I was right there, wtf didn't she just tell me while I waited past my apt time. AND there is no voice mail on my phone!!! they are useless, uns... read more

Horrifying experience! Besides the fact that we women have to go through the mammogram annually, we have to also experience the worst customer experience. Do not think that you go to Simonmed and get it done within an hour it will take you if you’re lucky three hours to get out of there. I will be looking for other institution to continue this and you will check. Not sure what’s going on with this company but it’s a nightmare.

Your telephone service is terrible. When I have called it is taking me up to 15 minutes of listening to terrible music to get a hold of someone.. Then the person I get a hold of is not in the Scottsdale office so they can’t answer any questions about the office. Because no one answered the phone, I had to go over there to see if they had disability access. Yesterday I waited two hours in the office for my appointment. However I will say that the radiologist was wonderfulI think he is a

Their online appointment system does not work. I booked an appointment last Thursday and when I called today to confirm it, the customer service agent stated it did not exist. He also stated that the system does not work. I find it ironic since while I waited to speak with him for 5 minutes they message stated I should go online to book an appointment. Don't bother to make an appointment online.
