I was very impressed. I hadn’t got a mammogram two or three years. My experience was painful. I hesitated, but I went to this facility in Gilbert and the girl that took my images was very sweet very gentle. It actually went fast. I will continue to go there. Keep up the good work.

It went as smoothly as it should. Not a long wait at all. The only problem or I take offense at was the brusque attitude of the person that checked me in. She was cold, overly officious, impersonal, no eye contact, and “just doing a job she’s paid to do”. I am a person, not an animal in a vet’s office. Pay her extra so she can be nicer and more pleasant. The technician who did the ultrasound was very personable, kind, warm and solicitous.

When I walked into Simon Med (Greenfield) to get an x-ray, almost every seat in the waiting room was full and there were half a dozen people in line. I thought I’d be there for hours. However, the office staff were so efficient and quick that they processed us very quickly and with a relaxed and friendly attitude. I was through the paperwork and seated in 10 minutes. I did not have a problem with this location until my recent mammogram and ultrasound. It was not routine, so going into this my emotions were high with an uneasy feeling. Then to have the doctor come into the room and give me my results and be completely detached and dispassionate was unexpected. He made me feel like I was waisting his time with my "false alarm". The medical staff was great. The whole scheduling process is a mess. I scheduled my appointment using the link that was texted to me from Simon Med. Literally every day I received a text, a phone call, and an email telling me to schedule an appointment. I called and spoke to a representative, they assured me that the messages would all stop. I still received them every day until I had completed my appointment. Also, in completing the forms online they were so repetitive. Simon Med has every bit of the information already. So... read more
