Extremely difficult to coordinate insurance approval in a timely manner. I live 2.5 hours from the nearest Simon Med facility and was called the morning of the scheduled appointment to cancel because insurance had not approved the procedures yet. Appointment was then rescheduled. I was called again to change that appointment because they had double booked the time. Because of travel time, the change would’ve required me to be up at 4am. I had my exray taken on Sept 12. Went to see my dr 3 weeks later and he had not received them. Cost me a dr appt and my time and gas. Wasted dr. Appt! Not happy with my first experience!

I needed X-rays and went to Simon Med on Higley and Southern . The girl at the desk was so rude and told me I had to pay over $100 for the X-rays and I told her , no I don’t it’s covered under my insurance, she insisted she had checked and I had to pay . I told her no , she still asked for my debit card and had me sign an estimate before I could get my X-rays .
