depends on which location you go to. Some are very friendly respectful and helpful, others you may wait for awhile past your appointment time and you may get to stand while doing so I went to the one on W.Oak St. for years until I was kept waiting for hours to get tests done so I now prefer the one on Miranda Lane

From the minute I walked in the door the greeter was kind and sweet as could be she was slow and explain things to me and even wished me God’s blessings as I left her small area. The next person handed me a clipboard of paperwork to fill out and they were also very kind! The third person collected my clipboard asked for my ID and was very very kind!
