Clean environment friendly staff. However, I went for a monogram and besides the tech there was another staff member in the room, on the computer, seems like she was working on employee scheduling. They were having conversation between them at the same time the tech was giving me instructions of what to do. I felt very uncomfortable as she had to repeat her instructions to me.
