I had a liver MRI with and without contrast in approx March 2019 that showed a number of cysts in my liver. My physician decided to watch them and redo the liver MRI the following year. I went to Scottsdale Medical Imaging for the follow up MRI on 9/18. Scottsdale Medical Imaging has been trying to get the prior images for 1 week to compare the size of the lesions. I am urging my doctor's office to use a different radiology service than SimonMed. Since my doctor referred me to SimonMed to get a esophagram last week, here is how my experience went. I tried calling SimonMed to get information on my referral to see where i should I go and if I should make an appointment. They offered a cash price due to a high insurance deductible. I agreed and now I have been over charged, indirectly called a lier, and they keep giving me reasons as to why my refund is taking so long every time I call. I have to keep calling due to being lied to, my information mishandled and my card overcharged. I will never do business with this company and strongly urge others to avoid at all costs.

After my CT scan, I requested a copy of my report and CD with images via the proper method, fax. I wanted to hand-carry the images to my next doctor as I was advised to do. Did receive the report. Did not receive the CD with images. Called 3 times and left 3 voice mail messages for the records department. No reply. Sent a total of 3 faxes. No reply. Called the general phone number and no one picked up the phone. Waited for 30 minutes on the phone, hoping someone would answer, then gave up. Sent an email to the billing depart... read more

I called on August 28, 2020 to make an appointment. They called me back after speaking to my doctor's office. My appointment is for a 3D brain MRI. My appointment was supposed to be Sept 7, 2020 at 4:30 PM. I got an email and text moving my appointment from 4:30 to 5PM. I arrived at 44:45 only to find out the office closed at 4:30. I Had an MRI ( very important one) I gave one star because they did perform the procedure ( I think..) Without the results the procedure is useless I never heard back from them not even after 8 days, 3 phone calls, 3 submissions of release of medical records, 4 actual visits to the office. As for their telephone service....it's almost as good as non existent...after on hold for45 mins you can leave a call back number but you won't get a call back Yeah...let's blame it to COVID-19...what a joke! Total incompetence

Horrible scheduling. Everyone acts like their stoned and sitting on a couch. Disconnected constantly. Waiting for hours to schedule to be disconnected after days of waiting.
