After going to the *************** location, I was told that my results would be sent to my doctor. However, that never happened. I called their "Support" line and had to leave a message. I asked again to send the results, and again they never did. I also asked for a call back, and they did not call back. I would avoid this imaging center. They are non-responsive and do not send imaging results, resulting in a long delay in getting care.

If I could give this place no stars I would. First contact was them calling me to set up an appointment, but instead of scheduling me they just told me to go to the website to schedule, this was an actual person (the girl on the office no less) on the phone. I had a hard time hearing her and she would not stop talking then hung up on me. I drove to the office since I was in the area and she wouldnt look me in the face the entire time I was there and was so rude to me and other people there. I recently invested **$1,899.00** in the **Longevity Whole Body ***** at Simonmed. Upon entering, I was struck by how small and outdated the waiting area felt, which did little to inspire confidence. The *** dressing rooms were alarmingly cramped, resembling closets more than private spaces, with flimsy curtains offering minimal privacy. I had a ** Scan of my abdomen and pelvis with contrast. SimonMed completely missed an internal hernia. I have tried to contact the Radiologist and SimonMed refused to talk to me. They insist my Doctor would need to make the request.I had the ** Scan on 5/12/2026 I was in the ** at ************************* ** a month later. They prebill you and will turn you over to collections for none payment. They will ruin your credit and put people in financial distress. But they will not talk to you when they mess up.

They are either incompetent or intentionally fraudulent. I provided them my ********************** insurance info and they sent me two bills claiming my insurance rejected the **** This is the same card all other medical providers have easily used to submit claims I finally contacted my insurance company and they said the claim was never submitted to them. They get 1 star for the ones doing the imaging they are great from the front desk to the scheduling they **** . I had three apointments scheduled that they canceled. They then rescheduled them for a month later. I then had issues with insurance for one of the three apointments. I called and asked them not to cancel because I was appealing the depile for service. This is the worst place - their equipment is old and half the time broken down - their (supposed radiologist) are inconsistent with their reporting on findings of Xray. It takes them forever to get an xray report to you I am going to request my doctor to no longer have me go to this unprofessional and unequipped place. They take people's lives into their hands and don't have the staff to manage. Any recommendations for better imaging places in *******? This is the bottom of the pit

One star is one star too many for them. I wish I could do zero or negative.Please avoid them at all costs. They cancel appointments last minute without notification, when scheduling online they show times and dates that are not available and it changes the date when you book, and their staff is rude and unprofessional.
