RecommendedFriendly professional service! In and out quickly and efficiently.
SimonMed is the absolute worst! I recently got my daughter a scan done and they were supposed to fax over these vital results in 3-5 days. This was 2 weeks ago. Her doctor still hasn't received them and every time I call I get "we are updating the system sorry I can't access your account" I've called daily. The lack of urgency on these vital results is wild. I will NEVER use them again and honestly I should be refunded for the cost.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. My insurance sent me the imagine request in Spanish. When I got to the office I gave the paper to the front desk attendant she looked at the paper threw it at me saying “I don’t speak Spanish” My English is limited but I try. I was in shock that she threw the paper at me. Never have I been treated in such a horrible manner. She asked me a few more question which I answered in English. Rude Office Staff, no customer service and they don't require people waiting in the lobby to wear masks even though the door has a huge sign stating wearing a mask is required. Also. don't try calling, they don't pick up the phone.
