They got me in and out without waiting, and the staff was very friendly. It’s also a nice facility.

Receptionists worked thru some insurance issues on my behalf. Procedure was easy and well explained throughout the process.

Watch out for their billing office and fraudulent charges. Anthem pre-approved as “in network”, deductible was met, and still sent a crazy bill. Spoke to their billing office January 17, following a call from Anthem to them. Anthem even explained the chargers were incorrect and it’s violating a 2022 law, The No Surprise Act, which is to protect patients from having an “out of network” doctor reading images, then billing “out of network” when it’s an “in network” facility. Right off the bat the receptionist was too busy doing a zoom meeting with the volume so loud I couldn’t hear what she was trying to say to me. She seemed inconvenienced at my request to speak louder. First impressions tell you many things.

Had to wait over an hour for scheduled appointment. Masks were not required for patients nor worn by front desk staff. After I inquired about safety of procedure during nursing, I was told I would need to pump and dump for 48 hours. (This was after the tech had to research the answer). That in fact, is not correct according to my doctor, my daughters pediatrician, and Kellymom.com upon further investigation. Will not be recommending this facility nor returning.
