SimonMed staff from scheduler, front desk, manager to technician were all professional, friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a wait when I arrived for my appointment so I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend to all my friends to go to SimonMed Med Center for their imaging needs.
Worse customer service for an app ever. The 2 people I spoke to had terrible English I’m trying to make an app and give info I need someone that understands me and I them. Horrible appointment to get said they did not have info have not e en tried to do Ins yet. Just stupid at this point won’t waist my time again
