Poor service They messed up my first appointment didn’t have a technician on site I could do MRI with contrast Second appointment was no better had the technician, but the nurse could not find a vein to inject the barium Very disappointing

I would never recommend SimonMed simply based on their corrupt billing practices. They REQUIRE you to pay an exorbitant out of pocket amount upon check-in (last one was over $170.00 more than what was actually our portion after insurance). Then when you call them for a refund for overpayment, they tell you it will be 30-45 days to process the refund. They would have never even processed the refund had I not called. How can they require you to pay immediately and then not process the refund immediately. That's a nasty litt... read more
