If I could give zero stars, I would. My son needed an MRI of his shoulder, and the entire experience was a nightmare. I had specifically requested a late afternoon appointment so he would not miss school, since too many absences can cost him credits. His original appointment was scheduled for 4:45 pm on a Tuesday, which was perfect, but without a phone call I received multiple text messages moving it earlier, first to 4:15 pm and then to 2:15 pm, which would not work. Have had issues with their communication people tell different things and when I got x-rays the provider assumed that that my results were digital she didn’t even look at my paper instead she assumed. Also when I was given paperwork from the person who sent me their they have all the different locations that are numbered and the number 1. Location was closed and these things aren’t updated. I went to orange grove location.
