They don’t have locks on their changing rooms, so a man walked in on me while I was getting dressed after an imaging session I had. IDK if I’ll be returning.

Originally I was supposed to have a arthrogram with contrast on my hip at the Broadway Denver location. I was initially scheduled without contrast. Luckily I verified that before the appointment. They said it was not ordered with contrast, but I know my doctor did order with contrast. It was on the order and it got missed. Son went in for a test. While getting his test done his jacket and gold necklace was stolen. All they said is they had lockers, which no one told him and no one offered a lock. The person that took him to a room just told him to get undressed and leave his stuff there. Office was no help. Asked to speak to someone over her and got a voicemail and no return call. Was told the test was $400 and charged my husband $700+. This place is a joke. Cops been called and an additional $700 worth of things stolen.

The company completely missed lead me on the cost of my MRI And later billed me for considerably more. Might I add my bill came via text message saying they didn’t have my address.? Not sure how that could be after I filled out a ton of paperwork. Then after they agreed to review the cost and call me back I never heard from the company ever again only to find out that they were still going to bill me for more than they told me it would be. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
