I didn’t have a very good experience, this time with Simon Med, mostly due to the fact that it was not made clearer which location I was to go to. They have several different offices within a small radius, which is very confusing. Trying to determine what location I needed to be at made me late for my appointment. To get confirmed my appt was changed so many times No one knew where I should go , to which facility I was told for one day and tossed around for another when I asked for the supervisor even that was not addressed They told me to speak to her when I’am there in person And then they say supervisor is not here and we’ll supply your number to her Very unprofessional I will never use this company again I expect an apology

I did not care for the simonmed oval on 94th drive and plaza day rio, Brianna did not seem to have patience to let me take a break between two different tests for the MRI machine. also all they give you is a squeeze ball if you need anything while you're in the MRI machine, they need to put a speaker in there so that one you squeeze the ball you can actually talk to somebody. I will not be using this facility of assignment med again I will use different ones that I'm used to

Don’t use this company, fraudulently making clients pay up front even with insurance approval collecting interest on OUR money then we need to wait for SIMON MED to send US a check for the difference. I hadn’t seen the news article prior to my appt. Look up fraudulent claims on google.
