Everly time I have appointment they are asking for my ID and copies of Insurance , despite I did it on line few times already . 18 people crowded in waiting room feeling out multiple pages regarding personal data. Front desk not so friendly and giving misleading information

RecommendedInspite of being told that my waiting time is about four hrs. I’m always taken in no longer than 15 minutes. . The recommendation to rebook , or that Ur wait is so long is not true.,for chest X-rays.

Phoned a few days ahead to make an appointment, but recording stated that x-rays are done as walk-in basis. Arrived there to find that x-ray appointment scheduling was a 2 hour wait, freezing in waiting area, then I was forgotten. Checked in at 11am, and never left the waiting area. After 1hr.45min later, I inquired why I hadn’t been called, they told me that I didn’t check back in, even though I was there waiting, the entire time. I have been to the Kissimmee clinic twice. Both times I have been treated rudely. First time by office staff, second time by x-Ray technician.

Pésimo servicio!!! La cita era para un MRI para mi esposo, la cita era para las 3, por ser 1ra vez con el había que llenar el papeleo, cosa que el se adelantó y lo hizo online tempranito en la mañana precisamente para evitarse esto, luego hizo el check in online también antes de entrar y aún así llegamos antes de las 3, pagamos que es lo 1ro que uno hace, luego de eso nos dimos cuenta que llaman y llaman y llaman a diferentes personas que habían llegado mucho después de nosotros y nosotros ahí todavía, lo cual también teníam... read more

The wait is horrible. I had to wait a long time before I could be seen and despite that I had been in pain and spoke to the front office staff I still had to wait. Don’t make people wait especially if what you’re having done requires certain processes that cannot wait. If appointments can’t be seen at the time scheduled, don’t have people wait. It was a terrible wait and experience.
