Very helpful and professional! One drawback is the wait time. Had a 10:30 am appointment. Didn’t go back for MRI until 11:15 am. You need to work on keeping people appraised of how far behind you are running. Very frustrating!

Simon Med staff are pleasant, professional and kind. The place is clean. The service is good. I take one star away because they sent my results to the wrong doctor, but the test was great.

I have been to Simon Med imaging several times. They are an impressive business. They scheduled me for an MRI, an x-ray, and another MRI. When I went in, they had already sent a reminder text and email to help me out. My appointment times were on time. Amazing; the imaging staff were very professional and kind.
