This company is boarding on FRAUD!!! I was sent to them by my primary Doctor for a CT scan. I was told that I could get a scan for $71.00 dollars if I paid in cash/credit card. I went to their site in Queen Creek AZ. I was told in needed to pay for the scan before they would due the scan. I was told I could pay with my credit card ($71 dollars). I got a mammogram yesterday october 28th 3.15pm at the west colonial location in ocoee FL. The two ladles in the room where the mammograms are done were complaining about a co worker that left early causing patients to wait 4hrs. They lady who did my mammogram treated me like a piece of meat. Seriously she just grabbed my breasts and pulled them onto the tray. She then put the the top bar down so hard immediately. Unethical practices and the customer service line that I cannot share is horrible! It has been close to 2 months to get a refund of $80 back to my card and every time I call they say they need to place an investigation for an approval or that the refund was already placed. Lies upon lies from all of the agents I have spoken with. They should have never have taken out the $80 in the first place since I called to make sure my card was removed, which it wasn't even and they said that card would not be charged. On Tuesday, 10/13, at about 10:45 AM, I received a call from Martha to schedule an MRI. I was driving, minutes away from my destination and told her I couldn’t talk. She said to call her back. I did so about 1:30 PM that same day. After waiting on hold for about 15 minutes, I spoke with a representative and told her I spoke with Martha earlier and could she, the gal I was talking to, schedule the MRI. After seeing my doctor due to alarming symptoms they drew bloodwork which had alarming results. My doctor sat me down explaining that it was most likely due to a tumor in my pituitary gland, and I would need to get a scan to confirm to start treatment. I had to call Simon med to schedule an appointment, and after an hour and a half finally reached a rude representative. The earliest they could get me in was three weeks out. Some of the WORST medical service I have ever experienced! Not only are they incompetent, the staff is also insulting. One worker on her way out the door made a snide comment because I had the nerve to to go there & get my own report that should have been sent over to my doctor's long before I arrived! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! If could have given it a -10 in stars, I would have!

On more than one occasion I have been overcharged. I have been calling since Feb 2020 for a refund of $9.69 that Simon Med cannot seem to get processed. Every time I call for a status I am told either the check is in the mail, which it is not, or that it will be another 4-6 weeks. I call every few weeks and it is now September. Even the supervisors cannot seem to escalate this for completion.
