The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. After that part it went downhill for me. I waited 50 minutes to be brought back for my test. The lady performing the test was rude and unhelpful. She talked to me like she was reading off of a script. When I tried to ask questions she acted like she didn’t have time for them. It was just not a good overall experience for me.

Rude receptionist who was bothered when asked to check to see how much longer. She proceeded to tell me that everyone is not getting a chest x-ray. Not what I asked her. She was busy on her cell phone e and eating a bagel! Sorry to bother!!
Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

RecommendedThe facility is beautiful with great equipment but the tech has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a medical worker! No smile, no greeting, no explanation, did not show me out. DUD!

The Rome Towers location needs some serious front office training. I was there for X-rays yesterday and the receptionist was not engaging at all or polite at all. It seemed like she was there putting in her time to get a paycheck. There was an issue with my insurance benefits. She gave me incorrect information and she said she would recheck my benefits. This was the first time going to this SimonMed NEVER AGAIN!! the lady was rude and and unprofessional. If this is is the only facility that can do the test I need done again in the near future it will NOT happen!

Got there said that they’ve been trying to get a hold of me had my phone with me and not impressed at all
My mom has many medical issues meaning she can’t move very well and is two wings away from being bionic women for the tech to shove her shoulders in positions that they can’t move due to bone on bone in her shoulders is not ok!!!! They should of just rescheduled after the attempts if there was no other ways to successfully do the test without forcing her body in ways that could cause more damage and pain for her.
