I had an MRI done with contrast.. it looked like the technician didn't know how to do that procedure. she hurt me really bad when she was inserting the needle in my vein and I started having a lot of pain on my fingers, they also felt like they were on fire and I asked her if that was normal and they didn't answer me but she look very nervous and say that maybe the liquid have gone outside the vein....

The receptionist was very unprofessional as well as unwelcoming, she pretty much wanted me to do her job until I asked her if it was her job to gather information that she asked for and if she was going to get up off her chair to get it? The MRI station was exceptionally professional and guided me thru the process 💯 💯

sat in the waiting room for over an hour. One girl working the front desk was very nice,the other one,not so much. I will NEVER accept an appointment with them again.

I waited over an hour to be seen (I was on time if not early). I got there at 11:25. At 12:00 it sounded like a party coming from the back office. No one bothered to explain anything to those of us in the waiting room. Extremely unprofessional!!! At approx 12:40 I was called back. I, along with the other patients, was left wondering what was going on and how much longer would we have to wait. Not satisfied with this appointment!

I waited over 3 hours for my appointment I was 30 minutes EARLY for. Nobody seemed to care behind the counter.

I had 3 procedures scheduled. One at 2:00, one at 3:15, and one at 3:30. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I got called, finally for the first test at 3:30. Day there all that time with no explanation for the delay. I had booked the appointment through their online site, filled out ALL the forms and can NOT imagine why I was kept waiting for so long. I arrived with my elderly mother for her appointment only to find that they decided to cancel it due to no technician for the past one month. They didn’t think to tell us it was cancelled. Poor service.
