MRI technician was very professional, he took his time to explain the procedure, made me feel very much at ease. Spoke to me during the duration of the imaging.
Friendly people, Eugene Raphael is the best ever, he always assisted us dearly for our needs.
I arrived early and they took me right in. I was coming in intending to self pay due to an issue with Insurance approval. While I was I was being assisted they looked into my claim and found that I had the approval. This saved me a few hundred dollars which was great customer service!! Excellent experience and customer service!

Everybody was nice and courteous
i am chlostrophobic and the technician made me feel very relaxed and at ease with the open MRI. I even fell asleep a couple of times. It was the first time being able to get through an MRI. THANKS

My experience at SimonMed was most satisfactory. Scheduling was exasperating. It wasn’t until I spoke with a third scheduler that I was able to setup an appointment for an MRI. There is more to say about my experience, but I have not the patience.
