Terrible service. Employees are ignorant and untrained. I had an appointment. Had lots of problems with various employees before they made the appointment. Explained in detail that I and the referring M. D.. understood that I needed full anesthesia to undergo an MRI. Set it up. Everyone agreed it was understood and set up. Go to appointment. Wait 1.25 hours in the waiting room. Finally called by the person for the MRI only to find there is not doctor to administer the anesthesia and none ever set to administer to me. I had an appointment for an R-x at 5410 W T-bird/Glendale, I got there 20 minutes prior to my schedule, and I was told by the receptionist they were too busy to see me today. I told her that I had an appointment and showed her the email. She said that she could not find it in the system, and insinuate that my email was not legit. I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor but she said there were none at the facility at that moment. I called their 1-800, after waiting for 20 minutes the line went mute.

Whomever trains the employees in the scheduling and accounts department needs to be fired!! EVERY time I have to make an appointment or deal with SimonMed in any way- they are incompetent and I get different stories from different people. They had 3 different accounts for me and they dont update their system when you give them updated information. They dont update their system in a timely matter when an insurance finally authorizes a procedure and they generally just dont know what they are doing. When I get cut off on a pho... read more

I have had an appointment for an MRI in Glendale Az 5410 w Thunderbird. My appointment is behind 2 and 1/2 hours. This is unacceptable.

After spending over 30 minutes with various schedulers (several calls were dropped when I was put on hold so I would have to call back) it was determined that the imaging I needed could only be done at the St. Mary's facility (Tucson). After getting scheduled I received a text message telling me I was scheduled at the Orange Grove facility. I immediately called back and told the scheduler what occurred. I had an appointment for a 3D mammogram in November of 2020 and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t perform it at that location. The receptionist found an open appointment the next day at another location so I took it. I arrived with a copy of my appointment confirmation and was told that they didn’t have me on their schedule and they didn’t try to accommodate me. Do NOT waste your time going here!!! Denver Colorado location on Broadway. My husband hurt his foot and we have been going around and around trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with it. His doctor ordered an MRI and we ended up at SimonMed. What a joke! We should have known something was up with the receptionist that knew nothing and no one else there to get scans. I had a very unsatisfactory experience at the Alafaya location. Instead of giving me the paperwork to fill out, I sat for 40 minutes doing nothing, I heard a man leave because he sat too long and he wanted to reschedule so I came up to the front desk lady and asked how long it would take. Anw long story short the front desk was rude, not professional, obviously backed up, over scheduled and I felt like you don’t value your patient’s time. My sister’s doctor sent an order to the SimonMed in Surprise on December 24, 2020 for a breast ultrasound, She got a call from them and they left her a voice mail saying that they cancelled the appointment because she needed a mammogram so she calls back and tells them that the doctors order is not for a mammogram and that it’s for the ultrasound but by that time they had given her appointment away so they scheduled her at the Sun City location on the same day but then she gets another voicemail from them that they cancelled... read more
