Had test performed at the ********** location. ****** and ****** took care of me. They were very professional, explained everything in detail and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I showed up an hour early for my test and they were able to take me on in, which made me very happy as well.

I used to have scans done at hospitals. ***** Imaging in ************* is a personable experience. Starting with their extremely competent check-in clerk who never appears stressed as she is handling multiple tasks/people at the same time. I have now had two ultrasounds with ****** and she is very adept at what she does. She explains next step and always lets you know when pressure will change. Staff is busy but competent.

I used to hate going to the Lake ********* Office. I have had the need to go in on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised of people being nice. They usually dispatched you with call this #. I could not get the test done due to an electronic gadget in my chest. The lady told me to sit down, and she made the calls found where I could get test done and made the appointment. I'll give them 3 stars because I had a positive experience in the past, and now a negative. This time (the negative experience) I had two scans done, results for one scan came back nice and on time, I am still waiting for the results of the other scan 11 days later (website says turnaround is 1-3 days, verbally they tell you 3-5). I had a very good experience bringing my elderly mother there for MRI. The front desk was helpful and patient and the Tech was very compassionate and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. I went to the Fashion Square Location off 68th St.

I have been overcharged by thousands, but I needed the imagining, and trying to collect my refund was a strain. Including the printer not working to have another source of proof of what I paid. There has been issues with data leaks and I believe there was a HIPAA violation that was handled on the DL. I feel almost harassed through them contacting me for imaging. I had gone to simonmed imagining on Feb 10, 2025 2 ultrasound and a mamo. I paid $471.73 on that day from what the person told me when I was checking in. I checked my claim status and it shows that I should of paid $222.39. I have emailed simonmed twice already and no response from them. There is a difference of $249.34.
