My procedure went well and the the Tech was personable, but the receptionist and their back office personnel didn’t have a clue. They insisted I needed prior authorization for my visit which I knew I did not. I called my provider and before I could finish telling them what was going on the receptionist tells me I would be called in a moment. Needless to say I was frustrated. Waiting and watching while other people were being placed ahead of me! Never again

My appointment was at 11:00AM & I didn’t leave until 2 hours later. The assistant at the front desk informed me twice that they were running behind. She offered me to reschedule which I could appreciate her courtesy however if I rescheduled would it repeat. There was not enough seats to sit on in the waiting area. Many had to add more money to parking meters on the street & they couldn’t tell them how much longer it would be. Nice office but the efficiency was not great on my very first visit that I was paying out of pocket.... read more

Went in for a test that should be no co pay and they are telling me over $300. So I cancel to figure out billing. Verify with my insurance it’s covered and no out of pocket but they still insist on trying to charge. Can’t get anyone who can call my insurance to verify. So not helpful.
RecommendedThe scheduling department screwed up and sent me on a long trip to get an mri, saying the nearest place was booked for a long time. When I got to the place far away I was told Inwas scheduled the day before at the nearer place. So I spent two and a half hours on the road and $10 in gas to go to a location that could not give me an mri. Fortunately there was another location near them that gave me the MRI because they had a cancellation. This was very nice of the locations to work this out for me.
