The care I received during my visit was great — professional and efficient. However, the check-in process could be improved. I had received a text message before my appointment instructing me to check in using a link upon arrival. When the link didn’t work, I went to the front desk to let them know. Instead of a friendly or helpful response, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude — no greeting, no acknowledgment of the confusion, and no apology. Went in for a MRI everyone was very friendly. The front desk staff both ladies greeted me and the manager was helping too I think her name is Sophia very kind. Rebecca in the back explained everything and gave me a blanket when I said I was cold. Very gentle with the iv. Very nice facility.

The people there are awesome from the receptionist to the specialist in each room on each side because I've been on both sides where they do the ultrasound and where they do the x-rays and everybody's very nice and professional. It's clean. The bathrooms are clean. The water fountain's clean pretty nice place to go and sit and relax. And if it's too full you can sit in the lobby and they'll call you on your phone, where it's relaxing out there as well I want to give a special thanks to the phlebotomist. I was at my appointment 45 minutes early and was seen almost 90 mins after my original appointment time because another patient came late. Seems to me the person that was late should now wait in line to be seen after this who were on time instead of punishing those who followed protocol. The penalty for being late is you wait, not making others also late. Other than a need for policy change, the facility and staff were helpful. My tech was FANTASTIC!

I’m a 33-year-old physician with a history of fibroadenomas under regular ultrasound follow-up. SimonMed called me to schedule an appointment, and during that call, I clearly stated that I did not want a mammogram, for valid medical reasons. I asked if that would be a problem, and they assured me that I could do only the ultrasound without issue. Trusting that, I scheduled the appointment and missed a full day of work to attend.
