While I recommend this provider, it’s aggravating that they do not accept appointments for X-ray patients. Not being able to schedule an X-ray means that you are at the mercy of the staffing situation. Without knowing the volume of walk ins, how can you staff? I waited over 2 hours ( due to work I was unable to get there early in the am) and other patients waited about to same time to be X-rayed. I was experiencing severe left shoulder pain and made an appointment with Dr. Bert. He was very efficient and thorough and after the x-ray did not show much, he ordered an MRI to see if I had a torn rotator cuff. When he read the MRI report at my next visit, he concluded that it was just incipient frozen shoulder to be treated with cortisone.
