Alex was a great professional and explained the process perfectly. My test time was changed several times. From 730am to 715 to 6 to 630 to 645. The facility entrance was changed and I received no notification. Not sure why all the changes but I did receive and incredible amount of emails and phone messages. In the end I did receive great care and the MRI was performed. I am not sure about the entire process but I will have a lot more questions next time I have to use your company

I was greeted with a hello and we will be with you shortly. The 3 ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and efficient. The person I was with called my doctors office as order had not arrived, she spent 5 minutes on the phone and obtained the order and then I was on my way to the x ray. The 3 ladies at the front all had smiles and they were helping each other out with admitting the patients. Very good experience. All the best to them.

This was a very professional office. Much nicer than the other imaging service I have used in the past. Clean, nice reception area, pleasant staff, and Vincent - the MRI technician - was friendly and informative. He explained the complicated setup for my elbow scan very well and made it easy.

When I first started using Simon Med a few years ago, I was not impressed. Each time I went, the process was very tedious and disorganized. The service at the front desk left much to be desired. Fast forward a couple of years, and, I’m happy to say, all that has changed. The greeting when I walked in was very friendly and the check in process was easy and efficient! My appointment was on time and the techs were amazing. No hesitation to use them again in the future!

Front of office clerks were great! Professional and courteous and worked effectively. Although the experience with the X Ray tech that completed my imaging was lacking professionalism, bed-side manor and accommodation was o the process. This surprised me because I was in uniform representing a local medical organization program. This concerned me as what or how she may treat standard dressed patients.
