Easy to make appointment online and fill out all forms. Saves so much time as to not doing paperwork in office. Spouse is handicapped and this worked out perfectly. Will use SimonMed in the future. Also great office staff!

Nice polite people. You need to get rid of the mask requirements though. Masks do not work, and I cannot breath with the mask.

Fast, easy! The online check was very convenient.
I do recommend SimonMed. however this past experience was disappointing. Even though I checked in online, I then had to wait 35 minutes in line to "check-in". At no point did the office manager offer an explanation or an update ro the 12 of us standing in line to check-in. Once I was finally in my exam room, my visit was great.
