I went in for a CT scan on Friday 8/5. The technician (David) was professional, personable and did a fantastic job. The facility was nice and clean. Overall a great experience and I would recommend SimonMed for anyone that needs a CT MRI etc.

No their front desk staff that is suppose to check people in is indifferent to the clients. The wait time is to long and unnecessary. It's an imaging place and there is no excuse for them being late on appointments. They know how long an x-ray or a mammogram is going to take. There are many imaging places around so if one doesn't have respect for their clients time, shop elsewhere, because that's what we are . . . clients.

I walked in today, July 3rd, 2025 at 10:15 am. I was nicely greeted and signed in on the walk in form. I was for 45 minutes with no acknowledgment or forms to fill out/ask for my xray form. The front desk staff called a lady up and I heard her tell this woman that the xray tech is leaving so they are not doing X-rays. At 11 am. So I ask if I heard correctly and yes I did. Waited for 45 minutes for their xray tech to leave halfway through the day when they state clearly their hours for walk in X-rays are 8 am - 4:30 pm. Very ... read more

The staff was kind and respectful. But the process to contact my insurance to find out what I owed for the visit left much to be desired. I was literally on the phone with my insurance company and was telling the receptionist that my mammogram should be 100% covered and yet they still charged me for the visit. In addition, I was not supposed to be charged at all for the ultrasound and had to pay for that as well. I have previously provide a great review of this facility. However, if you need anything, I guess you just have to go to the building and hope someone there can help you. Absolutely no help otherwise. I had a ct scan that needed to be compared with the previous scan done in another county. Cannot get them to request the information so I can have a determination made. Since the ct scan was being done for a comparison, I was under the impression the other scan would be used. Why else would they request the information? The ent... read more

Nice clean place & staff courteous and helpful but the system is absolutely lousy! I made appointments online and got confirmation when I showed up they don’t have my appointment in the system! 😱 This is not the 1st time it happens! I came here waited and waited and waited for hours! So frustrating!

Their booking system is in chaos, despite many calls to confirm my imaging requirements were still not understood while at the appointment. I got a call the day before my appointment with a couple of requests, no deodorant etc., on arrival in the car park I had to notify them of my arrival then photograph and post my i.d. and insurance card, then I was allowed to go in.
