Great experience, Toinette was so funny and very nice. She did an amazing job making everything comfortable and making sure I knew what was going on. All the ladies there were so nice when I came in and made me feel very relaxed.

I love the staff! They are very attentive to the customers. The establishment is very clean and Ms Toinette was very professional and the young lady sitting at the from desk. I am in a wheelchair and they helped to the back to change made sure I didn’t fall I mean the help was so great they made me feel as if I was part of their family 🥰 I just love them and I want to thank them and SimonMed Imaging for making me feel welcomed

Toinette is the best MRI tech I’ve ever had and made me incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous for the MRI but she explained everything thoroughly and was truly the sweetest person I’ve ever worked with in the medical community. She is such a blessing!!! 10/10 recommend.

This place was amazing all 3 ladies were very nice and helpful.. Laura made sure i was okay and had the wheelchair.after my Mri I had a bad anxiety attack the 2 ladies in the back Toinette and Adelina helped me calm down got me some water and my medicine from my husband amazing ladies thank you again

I had the pleasure of going to this location July 30th 2025. Even though there was only one Image Tech available, Ms. Toinette Laura, was able to take care of me and another client. My process took no more than 30, so I was pleased. Clean facilities, lockers to store your valuables, and great equipment. I highly recommend Simon Med for your MRI needs…
