We had a bad experience first of all my wife went in for a shoulder X-ray because she couldn’t move it with out pain and the technician jerked her arm because she wasn’t moving fast enough for him she came out in tears. Then it took 2 days to get the results to our doctor. You would think that in a town that has personal injury attorneys on every corner they would focus more on patient care and quality.

I went to SimonMed two times in the past month. Both times, the receptionists and technicians were very nice, courteous and helpful. My problem is with getting my results. I had a hip x-ray done on January 16 and I still do not have the results. I went back to them last Friday and she assured me that the doctor would read the x ray and she would email me the results since I have been waiting. Still no results.

I made the appointment to take my parents there for mammogram and chest X-ray . But they never mention about I need to bring any paperwork with me. We showed up on time and when we got there the lady said that she can’t find my dad appointment in the system. I got a confirmation call and text when I made appointment so I don’t know how it happened. Then they said we need dr order , we had no idea we need it .
