Horrible experience at the Sun City Office, Florida. Very understaffed. Had to wait 55 minutes for my scheduled appointment. They also lied to walk in patients and told them it would be a little while before they were seen. Some of the folks shared they had been there for over 90 minutes. Very uncomfortable chairs and there was one chair with fluid under it that was not cleaned up the entire time I was there for over 90 minutes.
The people are nice. But when it's 5pm and you had an appt for 330pm, and you've just been told 2 people are still in front of you, its bad business and bad planning. I'll go somewhere else next time instead of wasting an entire afternoon.
